Delivery Times

All orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Processing times are not included in shipping ETA and range within 1-3 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping times).

Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

Custom examination (when bound outside Canada)
Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground shipping due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of the orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number and a link to selected carrier site.
